How does the membership work?
You are billed each month at your set membership level and the money goes into your digital wallet. This money rolls over month to month and you can use it toward anything at CLEAR including services, products, gratuity and more.
Do I get any discounts with my membership?
Yes! You will get 15% off any CLEAR products and all Hydrafacial Service. This includes all facial and body services as long as it's Hydrafacial.
Can other people use my membership?
Yes! Family or friends can use the money in your digital wallet as long as you call to provide approval prior to their appointment.
Is there a minimum time commitment?
There is a 3 month minimum commitment on all memberships.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel after 3 months with a 30 day notice. Notice must be provided via email to clearfacialbar@gmail.com. After cancellation you have a grace period of 6 months to use the money in the wallet after cancellation, however you will no longer receive membership related discounts on products or HydraFacial services as an inactive member.
What happens to the money in my digital wallet if I cancel my membership?
Any money added to your digital wallet while in an active membership is non-refundable after it's in your wallet. After cancellation you have a grace period of 6 months to use the money in the wallet.
Can I combine my membership discount with other discounts?
No - you cannot combine a membership discount with gift cards or other discounts.
